医药商店旧址

医药业商城遗址，坐落在市南院江苏路33号。由瑞典人库尔特•罗克格构思，又叫做橡树小饭店，房子占地面约1960m2米，安全使用体积约1000平米。烟台市早期的商业性房屋工程工程施工之三。房屋工程工程施工为巴洛克風格，共四层，涉及到一点地下停车场室和小阁楼。剖面以绿水红24墙偏重于体，运营拱券柱石，镶石砖花饰，表现房屋工程工程施工的外观经典、新奇。房项为蒙沙顶装有桥拱老虎狮子窗，檐口用石材修饰。空间内均由木地坪漆铺镶，质量精密。
